Who I Am and How I Work

What size organization do you work with?

Growing organizations: nonprofits, associations, and businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but haven't outgrown their current tools. If you have a CRM or automation platform that's underperforming, we should talk.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on scope, and I'll define that clearly before we start. A recent CRM activation project was delivered in under four weeks. Simpler projects like a single automation or dashboard build can be faster. No open-ended billing.

What if we already have tools in place?

That's usually the case. Most organizations I work with already own the tools they need but aren't using them well. I'll audit what you have before recommending anything new. The goal is to unlock what you've already paid for.

Do you work with nonprofits?
