I spent 7.5 years running operations for a national nonprofit, managing 5,000+ attendee conventions, building automation systems, and activating CRM platforms that teams actually used. I'm a Marine Corps veteran with a degree in Operations Management. I bring that same structured, accountable approach to every engagement.
